Our family of five had an unforgettable experience, thanks to the incredible hospitality and meticulous attention to detail by the staff. The resort's all-suites layout provided ample space, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch. The delicious meals, fun activities and accessible location made our stay in Bali a memorable one. The entire staff was extremely welcoming! Vina, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our kids had the best holiday experience. Her genuine warmth and attentiveness made our stay truly memorable. "love their spacious rooms and huge swimming pools.. they also had lots of breakfast options.. walking distance to the beach area and easy to find eateries or minimarket around the hotel. Grab service also available here. just need a little bit improvement : - a bit confusing to find my room and the corridors are really dark. kinda spooky at night. - even if i turn on all the lights on the room, the ambiance are still quite gloomy / dark. - the fridge at room are not cold enough Very recommended to stay here whenever visiting tanjung benoa,"

"The room and facilities were very clean, although a little bit tried and in need of some attention. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and there was a calm relaxed atmosphere about the place, we couldn't fault the service. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of breakfast options to choose from, eggs and bacon with tomato, fresh fruit and yoghurt, various meat currries and rice, toast and condiments. There were dougnuts and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows or fruit on skewers for kids (and some of us adults). Yes I would go back here again."
